Total Eclipse of the Moon
Just recently there was a total eclipse of the moon. With any eclipse, it can only be seen well in certain locations. For example, this one wasn't fully visible in the Southern Hemisphere. I was in the Andes for the previous eclipse and didn't get to enjoy it. This time I got the full experience from beginning to end. Pardon me while I put on the headphones and listen to Pink Floyd's Eclipse. Ah, back to the post.
In Arizona, the eclipse started around 5:45 am and ended with the moonset around 7:00 am. The timing wasn't great for me as it was on the last morning of our last CorelDRAW Unleashed Training Boot Camp. Nevertheless, I got up early and set up on my roof to watch the moon darken. A friend joined me and got some great photos of the experience. Below is one of Allison's shots.

If you missed the eclipse or simply want to see some great photos, check out the collection put together by the Boston Globe. They got some awesome photos, some from well-known locations! Did you get any great photos of the eclipse? Please share them on the Graphics Unleashed Facebook page so we can all see the pictures.
