Macros, Custom .NET Controls and CorelDRAW X6
We have two blog posts written by Shelby Moore that will help you to understand the process of updating macros to work with CorelDRAW X6. Unless you have created a macro, it is something you'll have to rely on the macro creator to update for you. Shelby is the author of several popular macros as well as the developer who created the Resources Docker for us (you've got your free copy, right?).
The first post, Macros and CorelDRAW X6 (64-Bit), talks about modifying macros to work with the 64-bit version of CorelDRAW. The second post, Custom .NET Controls in CorelDRAW X6, tells you about an exciting new way to create add-ons for CorelDRAW X6 using .NET.
We know this technical discussion isn't for all users, but it is information that helps developers understand how to create great macros for CorelDRAW. Hopefully Shelby will write more and it will lead to even more awesome macros down the road.
