QR Codes Docker Brings Popular Barcode Format to CorelDRAW X6
It has been so long ago that I can't remember when the Barcode Wizard first was included in CorelDRAW. Unfortunately it has been almost as long since it was last updated. I could make a long list of improvements I'd like to see. Many users would ask for the ability to create QR Codes as they are one of the most popular barcodes in use today, especially in the graphics industry. For those who are unfamiliar with the name of QR Codes, you'll see an example of one at right. You'll often see them on marketing materials so that they can be scanned with a mobile device (such as a smartphone) and the code will then take the person to a Web site or provide them other information.
The QR Codes Docker has been released and it brings this popular code right inside of a CorelDRAW Custom Docker. It allows you to encode a URL, email, SMS, text or contact info. It is as simple as filling in the information you want encoded, choosing colors and deciding if you want it output as bitmap or vector. There are other cool features like the ability to auto-shorten URLs and to choose details such as error correction and matrix size. In short, if you want to create these popular codes, the QR Codes Docker is what you need!
This new Docker only works in CorelDRAW X6 (both 32 and 64 bit versions) and you will need to have a live Internet connection when installing. There is a 30-day trial version available so you can verify it meets your needs. And when you know it is right for you, the price is only $10. Get your copy now and start creating QR Codes for your projects.

Why would I want to buy this when QR code generation is free at http://keremerkan.net/qr-code-and-2d-code-generator/ ? This has been working for my QR codes.

Mdred, it is very simple. The Web page you mentioned can not be used directly in CorelDRAW. So while it will work, it isn't nearly as easy.
