Duplicate and Smart Duplicate in CorelDRAW
The Smart Duplicate command is also misunderstood. Immediately after duplicating an object, the duplicate will still be selected. Other modifications made while it is still selected (sizing, rotation, movement, etc) will be repeated if you hit Ctrl + D again. So if you double the size of a duplicated object and then duplicate again, the second duplicate will be twice the size of the original duplicate. Smart Duplicate can be really useful, but it can also drive users crazy if they don't realize what is happening. Now you know!
