A very important product to me is TechSmith's Camtasia as I use it to record the videos for my CorelDRAW Unleashed DVDs. While the software plays a huge part in the recording of the video tutorials, it is also important to have a good microphone. Betsy Weber of TechSmith wrote a post entitled Microphone Round-up! that includes a video with the audio recorded using 6 different microphones. Along with the microphone used for each sample, you also get the settings used for the recording. After watching the video, which microphone do you think I should use for my recordings? Note, I do already have 2 of the 6 they used in this round-up.
Obviously the video is a parody and hopefully you got a good laugh out of it. Whether you carry an iPhone or you know someone who does, you no doubt saw some things in the video that are very true. If you were to make an iPhone parody, what would you include?
